hey there
im wondering if any of you boys
know any training methods
to build up the booty
ive been a biker for years
which builds up my thighs
and makes my butt just sorta blend in
i wanna get my booty back

    I second the lunges and squats.

    I guess the buttblaster machine thing is suppost to work but I always feel like a chick when I"m using it so I dont.

      i dont think my gym has a butt blaster
      but im not afraid of feeling like a chick
      i think i have as many frocks as i do socks
      somewhere i heard that bending over on the stair machine works too
      any input on that ?

        I found my butt getting a bit bigger since I started training for roller derby (good thing too, because I think I'm going to get knocked on it quite often, lol)

          according to my old trainer the buttblaster only works for chicks.

                    I am going to try that one... nothing I have ever done worked for beans to change its shape any. Long periods on the ellipto-trainer cardiovascular machine seemed to make my glutes harder, which definately helps in the ass sex dept, but seem to do much for the form of it.
                    Probably the usual mass versus toning thing though

    I agree with M. squats and lunges. M. would love to see you squat and lung. However, the butt blaster works for men and women.
    Both sexes have glutes. Everyone's muscles are shaped slightly different. So, some people will only get so big.
    Squats, Squats, Squats. Running stairs too.

    I'd like to suggest what everybody else said - squats, lunges, squats, weighted step-ups, squats, more squats - but with one quick addition:

    Take the stairs as much as humanly possible. Two at a time, if you can.

    squats, lunges (or anything that utilizes the same muscles) or I do one-legged presses on the squat machine. Horrible. But they took a non-existent Irish ass and made it into a thing that gets noticed...
