Tue, April 3, 2007 - 7:49 AMI am going to try that one... nothing I have ever done worked for beans to change its shape any. Long periods on the ellipto-trainer cardiovascular machine seemed to make my glutes harder, which definately helps in the ass sex dept, but seem to do much for the form of it.
Probably the usual mass versus toning thing though

Mon, January 29, 2007 - 3:58 PMI agree with M. squats and lunges. M. would love to see you squat and lung. However, the butt blaster works for men and women.
Both sexes have glutes. Everyone's muscles are shaped slightly different. So, some people will only get so big.
Squats, Squats, Squats. Running stairs too.

Take the stairs as much as humanly possible. Two at a time, if you can.
